Ordering Process

Online payment is made securely via Paypal.  Simply add the product(s) to your basket and proceed to checkout.  After entering your personal details you will be given the opportunity to enter any special requirements relating to your ordered items such as size, colour etc.

You will then be given the choice of payment methods which are available to you.  Click on your preferred method and follow instructions provided.



All jewellery and headdresses are made by hand individually and thus no two designs are ever exactly the same.  Most of the jewellery and headdresses on this website are one of a kind.  However, if you see something you like but wish to have it in a different colour or size then please contact us via our Contact page before ordering.

Please be aware that most of our pieces are one of a kind and therefore it may not always be possible to provide an exact replica of a design you have seen on the website.

If you wish to have a piece of jewellery or a headdress specially designed to your specifications again, please contact us via our Contact page with details of your request.

If your commission is in relation to a piece of jewellery or a headdress for a wedding, prom or special event, please ensure you provide the date of your event when contacting us with your details.  Specially commissioned tiaras and hair combs can take up to 8 weeks to complete, therefore, please allow enough time when placing your order.


Payment Information

Payment is made securely via Paypal.  Paypal may require registration for first time users.

Cheques can also be accepted.  If you wish to make payment in this way you will need to contact me via our Contact page with details of the items you wish to order, together with your delivery address and preferred method of postage.  Please note that all cheques received will need to clear before an order can be posted.

There is a choice of postage methods available.  See below for details:-

£1.50  Free for orders £20.00 and over

Recorded Delivery (Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For)


                 Free for orders £40.00 and over

Special Delivery (Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day by 1pm)


Free for orders £80.00 and over

Tracking Numbers for Royal Mail Signed For and Special Delivery can be issued upon request.  Please contact us via my our Contact page with details of your order.

We do not currently take international on-line orders for countries outside of the UK.

We aim to dispatch items within 7 working days of receiving your order.  Handmade to order items may take slightly longer. 



Every item is individually checked prior to despatch.  If you are not entirely satisfied with any item you receive, please notify us within 14 days via our Contact page to enable us to rectify any problem where possible. 

In the unfortunate event that your item should be damaged upon receipt, please contact us immediately (within 14 days of receipt) via our Contact page so that a replacement can be sent.  If we are unable to replace the same, a full refund will be given, including any postage fees you have incurred.

Please be aware that refunds will only be provided on faulty items.  We will endeavour to respond to any contact within 3 working days wherever possible.

For used goods or goods that are returned after your wedding date, no refund will be given. 

A refund will not be provided on any commissioned piece of jewellery/headdress or any handmade to order item unless faulty as this item will have been made especially for the customer.  If you are unhappy with any commissioned piece of jewellery or headdress, please contact us within 14 days of receipt via our Contact page.

Please be aware that refunds cannot be provided on any earrings due to reasons of hygiene.

We reserve the right to refuse any item if we suspect that our returns policy is being abused.

A full refund will be given within 30 days of our receipt of the faulty item, together with any postage fees you have incurred.  The item should be return to us in its original state, together with the original packaging.

These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

We make updates to our site contents occassionally.  Please be aware that the content of our site may become out of date at any given time.  We are under no obligation to update it and do not guarantee that our site and/or the contents of the same, are free from any errors or omissions.
